Brent Mental Health Accommodation Brent Mental Health Accommodation Services is a supported housing service, that provides both shared and self-contained accommodations to residents experiencing mental health crisis and homelessness. We have several shared and self-contained accommodations in the Borough of Brent that offers low to medium support. We have forged good working relationships with a wide range of external partners to ensure the service users we work with receive the best support available that will help them on the road to recovery. Service users are encouraged from the start of their tenancy to develop personal centred support plans that identifies areas of support that will help them live an independent life after being in the service for 2 years. Family and friends are also encouraged to take an active part in the service users lives to ensure this foundation is maintained throughout the road to recovery. Brent Mental Health Service is a 2-year service and we also provide a 6-month aftercare service to clients who successfully move-on, to ensure they can manage their new tenancies. Our Floating support service is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also operate a 24hr medium support service located in North Wembley.
